After an early career in human resources, 2001 saw Charmayne obtain her Masters in Business Administration and move into the procurement field. Since then she has gained experience in the public and private sector, working in Australia and the UK. Charmayne has experience in multiple organisations and an understanding of the key drivers and deliverables in difficult corporate environments.
